xffm-icons was a package of icon themes for Xffm. As Xffm and the rest
of Xfce now follows the FreeDesktop.org icon theme standard, and Xfce
now comes with it's own global icon theme package, xfce4-icon-theme,
following that standard, xffm-icons isn't needed anymore.

Xffm is still very actively developed (and now comes with icon view and
desktop view as well as the traditional tree view, in SVN), as is
Thunar. They are two different file manager projects with different
goals and target groups.
