Dillo, to my knowledge, uses GTK+, so Ctrl+C should do the trick. 
Since you mention that in the subject line, I'm assuming that isn't
working for you.  Try the Unix way: selecting the text and
middle-clicking where you want to paste it.

And yes, this is probably not the correct list for this.
