Problem with loading program at startup

Dear All

I am trying to use autostart to load remind at startup, but I have not
been successful. I have the following file in
/home/psmith/.config/autostart :

[Desktop Entry]
Encoding=UTF-8
Version=0.9.4
Type=Application
Name=remind_load
Comment=Load remind at startup
Exec=remind -z ~/.reminders
StartupNotify=false
Terminal=false
Hidden=true
GenericName=

Any ideas?
