MRU in the Xfce Menu?

I have a "most recent files" list, which is also basically my menu...

Alt+F2, start typing, and the one I want is normally there after 3 key strokes.
For my "most used" list, I have 2 launcher buttons on my menu bar
(Firefox and a Terminal) and behind them 2 small menus for a few
extras. The rest, is Alt+F2. I got sick of a menu, especially when it
was quicker to not use it :p
