force start of a program when XFce starts?

As I say, I modelled mine on a file in /etc/(etc).  This is the file for 
Bittorrent, which I withdrew because it took so long to launch the 
application:

[Desktop Entry]
Encoding=UTF-8
Name=Bittorrent
Comment=Bittorrent
Exec=bittorrent
Icon=/usr/share/icons/bittorrent.png
Terminal=false
Type=Application
OnlyShowIn=XFCE;
Hidden=false

I saved it as ~/.config/autostart/bittorrent-autostart.desktop
