Iconbox opens apps in wrong workspace?

Hello:

I'm almost sure that icons in Iconbox used to open the apps in their 
workspace of origin.  Now it's moving them to the current workspace.  I'm 
on a current Debian etch system with Xfce 4.3.99.1 (Xfce 4.4 RC1).

Am I misremembering or is something amiss?
