How to disable EasyClick feature? (alt+click to move window)

Hi all,

Could you please help me with settings of my Xfwm4 window manager? I've
followed documentation to disable easy click feature, which means, that
window can be easily moved by clicking while alt key is pressed.

It says to add following line into the file  ~/.config/xfce4/xfwm4/xfwm4rc

easy_click=false

This file didn't exist yet, so I created a new one and put this line into
it. Then I logged out and in, but nothing has changed.

Is this option deprecated? I found another possible option in source code,
which seems to be identical with the prevous one, but this is to be set in
the file ~/.config/xfce4/mcs_settings/xfwm4.xml - I tried to add this:
<option name="Xfwm/EasyClick" type="int" value="0"/>, but it didn't help as
well.

Does anyone has some tip how to disable it?
