That's correct.

Unlikely. Forcing these values gives a decorated window. That's not the
only thing that could lead to a borderless window. Other things include:
- - Window type
xprop | grep NET_WM_WINDOW_TYPE
- - override redirect window. Unlikely in your case.
- - Shaped window. Unlikely in your case.
So if you could check the NET_WM_WINDOW_TYPE of the window that shows
undecorated...
Ideally, I'd prefer a bug report in bugzilla to follow that issue. Also,
what build of OOo is that? None of the one I tried show such a problem...
