window-list and menu-list icons

> where is the configuration gone from 4.2 in which i can toggle icons on and off for window- and menu-list? i dont want that icons appear in window- and menu-list. here is the config-dialog in 4.2:

Right click the Menu Panel Plugin and select properties, there you
will find the don't show icons option.
