Skippy can do that but it's _really_ slow. It takes snapshots from every 
windows and this takes around 4-6 seconds to show. By default the keybinding 
is set to F11.

A new version is Skippy-XD which makes use of Xrender. Just have a look at 
http://thegraveyard.org/skippy.php if you want more informations. I didn't 
try out skippy-xd.
