Using KDE's clock instead of XFCE's clock

Is it possible to use KDE's clock instead of XFCE's clock? KDE's clock
has the 'fuzzy logic' setting whereby instead of reading "15:30" it
reads "Half Past Three". I really, really like that.

Also, I have it set up now (in KDE) such that when I move the mouse to
the lower right portion of the screen, a panel that contains only the
clock slides out. After 5 seconds it hides itself again. How can I
recreate this in XFCE?
