Two pane file manager

[Robin Haswell]

I don't know a lot about GUI programming or C++ so I could be way off 
base here, but isn't it possible in GTK to contain an application's 
widget tree within another widget? Like KDE's panes thing? In which case 
I guess it shouldn't take much code at all to make this possible. But 
I'm probably wrong.
