if you are lazy get lunar-1.6.0 (if you already don't have it yet) and install 
the xfce4-svn modules from my personal stack from here into zlocal:

http://foo-projects.org/~sofar/modules/xfce4-svn.tar.bz2

with these you can install Xfce-4.3 and keep it up to date by just doing a 
`lunar update`. Lunar will automatically download and install from Xfce's SVN 
repository.
