installing pyxfce from source problem

Hello again,
answering my own request in case someone else has the same problem. The pyxfce
daily snapshot downloaded from the thunar.xfce.org website seems to be missing
some files in the panel directory. The files are there if you download the
svn version and they do compile happily.
