xfce-setting-show only thing not working

Hi xfce gang,

On my new FC4 box (recently updated), xfce-setting-show doesn't work.  If 
I run it in a terminal, no errors are sent to STDOUT.  Bit nothing comes 
up.

It was working before i updated last night.  Strace doesn't show too much 
that's obvious, except for some "Resource temporarily unavailable" 
messages.

Any idea on how to troubleshoot this?
