nautilus cann't show icons correctly under xfce

Hi, guys
I use SuSE 9.3pro and nautilus cann't show icons correctly under xfce and 
other non-gnome environment

The same happens on both SuSE 9.2Pro and SuSE 9.3Pro. how to solve this?
