*** attempt to put segment in horiz list twice

Hi:

Every now and then the panel freezes and I have to kill it.  I restart it 
within a terminal and get screensful of the referenced error message.  The 
panel nonetheless starts and functions.

I do have two instances of the weather plugin in the panel, but that's OK, 
isn't it?

So what's the problem, and can I edit an XML file somewhere to fix it?
