xfce4.2.2 & ltsp 4.1.1

I'm not very familiar with xfce but I have a requirement to use it. I'm trying 
to set a default desktop, launcher board and applications for all users. I 
found some stuff googling about using kiosk to lock down the desktop but I'm 
having a time finding the right resource to set default apps and settings.

The manual doesn't seem to have what I'm looking for as far as setting global 
apps, etc for all desktops unless I'm somehow missing it. By the way is there 
a PDF of the manual or a all on one page HTML suitable for printing?

Is there anything specific I should be aware of when working with diskless 
stations and xfce4? 

I have less than a week to get this (and some other things) resolved so I 
don't have lots of time to do the sort of research and trial and error I 
normally like to do.
