Personalize Xfce with local xinitrc

Please see the stock xinitrc in a not-really-recent version of Xfce[1]
(and is therefore present in recent/current versions as well).  There is
a HUGE comment in the file that tells you why parts of the file are
ignored if you are using xfce4-session.
