xfce-4.2.2 graphical installer problem

I've tried running the "xfce4-4.2.2-installer.bin" on two different
machines (Alpha and AMD Athlon) and it fails at the same point with
the following error message:
"Failed to install xfce4-icon-theme, see the errors above"
Here is the error part of my install log:
