borderless window?

hmm, seems the 'Tomboy Notes' app was "stealing" my keypresses as it was
sat to ALT+F11 too :/, now ALT+F11 works; still a "hackish" solution to
the problem, and now it definitevely seem to be a simple thing to add
no borders as it's already implemented :P. But i'll shut up about it :)
