customize save as dialogs

hello everybody,

i am in the process of setting up a linux kiosk using xfce as 
windowmanager. I have everything locked down nicely except the save as 
dialogs. Users should only be able to see the /media/floppy and 
/media/usbdisk directories in these dialogs. Is there a way to only show 
those two directories in the dialog, and make sure the user has no 
buttons to navigate to other directories?
