Uuups, I have forgotten that :-\

1. switch to "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/icons/<your theme name>/cursors/"
2. as root mv "draped_box" to (e.g.) "draped_box.orig"
3. as root copy your skull-cursor to the above mentioned directory, and
give him the name "draped_box"

Sorry, I'dont know any other solution.
