What are the objectives for 4.4?

Hi,

I just want to know what are the objectives for the future release (4.4) of 
the xfce. I mean big objectives. For example desktop icon implementations 
(and how do you make that: like enlightment, typically (gnome+kde), 
both, ...)

The info of  wiki is old I think.
