xfce4-session and kioskrc

just tried to enable the kiosk mode for xfce4-session (4.2). my kioskrc
looks like this:

[xfce4-panel]
CustomizePanel=NONE

[xfdesktop]
CustomizeBackdrop=ALL
CustomizeWindowlist=NONE
CustomizeDesktopMenu=NONE

[xfce4-session]
CustomizeSplash=ALL
CustomizeChooser=NONE
CustomizeLogout=NONE
CustomizeCompatibility=NONE
Shutdown=NONE
CustomizeSecurity=NONE

the settings for xfce4-session have no effect though (i can still change
everything). any ideas? thanks!
