What is the build order of Xfce 4.2.2 from source?

	I do not recomend graphical installer.

	I have several problems, and the worst is that it does not use
the first compiler on your path. I have gcc on /opt, but graphical
installer uses the one in /usr/bin.

	Furthermore, you cannot tweak compilation options.
