Remote desktop with xfce4 and gdm to reflectionX

I have set up gdm (xdm) for a remote desktop with Gnome once in Fedora (3). This works fine, but now I will do the same thing to another machine with xfce. Is there a particular config setting  necessairy in xfce4 to make this work?  xfce4 is the only environment that runs on that machine and it works fine at the local monitor? Many thanks in advance...Grtz Rob.
