xfc "make" fail

There are some libstdc++ incomaptibilites with earlier GCC versions that 
were introduced by libsigc++ 2. I'm not sure if this is the cause or how 
far back the incompatiblites are but I can guarantee XFC will compile 
with GCC version 3.3.5 and higher without error. There is an xfc-dev 
mailing list for XFC related stuff.
