window manager bug or feature?

	Hello:

	In 4.2.0 xfce version there is a strange (or bug?) behaviour for windows
management.

	When I click Alt+Left_button on a window A, the window lowers to the back
(it's right). But if I click on the window (Left_button) it does not rise. I
have to change window focus to another window B , place the focus again on the
original window A and click again to raise it.

	Is it a desired feature or is it a bug?
