xfdesktop bug or feature?

Fair enough.  Now that I have affirmation it's a feature.

Does it belong in file:///usr/local/share/xfce4/doc//C/xfwm4.html or 
file:///usr/local/share/xfce4/doc//C/xfdesktop.html ?

Links may not work in all installations.
