Simultaneous vertical/horizontal mouse wheel scrolling

This is an X config issue, I would imagine. Works for me here, and I
don't know that Xfce can actually affect it anyway. You can check the
Mouse settings applet, and check your GTK config. Does it happen in
every app, or just some?
