Shortcut to screenshot

Hi all, I know the topic has already been covered, but I have a little
problem with my screenshot keybinding. If I set for example "Ctl+p" to
call a script called screenshot.sh it works, but if I set the dedicated
key (which was recognized by the "compose shortcut" app in Xfwm prefs as
the "Print" shortcut) to launch this same script it doesn't work.
How can I enable the key to work as it's supposed to?
(I'm using Xfce 4.2 under Mandrake 10.1)
