Config from 4.2 RC+ to 4.2.0

4.2 should automatically migrate your old config.  try this:

1) quit xfce
2) delete ~/.config/xfce4/ and ~/.cache/xfce4/
3) copy back your original ~/.xfce4/
4) start xfce
