Xfce-4.2.0 and Language Availability

The Xfce-4.2.0 Release Notes proudly state: " Enormous Improvements have 
been made in the area of internationalization, and Xfce 4.2.0 is now 
available in about 41 different languages, thanks to the impressive work 
of our translators."

OK, I'll bite:

   1. Does this mean that the GUI and/or the documentation is available
      in 41 different languages?
   2. Which languages?
   3. How does one set/change the language?
