Configuring Anti-Aliasing

Can XFCE be set to leave anti-aliasing in other apps as it was before  
installation of XFCE, or does unchecking the anti-aliasing checkbox in the  
UI preferences dialog mean that XFCE ensures anti-aliasing is not used in  
other apps?

If XFCE cannot currently be set to leave anti-aliasing in other apps as it  
was prior to XFCE installation, where is the appropriate place to make  
this a feature request?  :-)
