Unfortunately, I operate in a stand-alone environment, so I would need
to defer to others regarding such adjustments on remote/server logins.
Presumably it might be part of a global user login script.
There is also a kiosk mode for Xfce that might be helpful to you
depending upon just how much control you need to implement. More
