no icon in systemtray

Hi

It's an old-already-reported problem with some apps (sylpheeed has been
cited several times). 

I don't know, I looked at our code several times and found nothing
wrong. 

I checked with GNOME and the problem appears there sometimes too, so I'm
not sure it's a bug with Xfce.
