Thanks for your quick response. My problem was that I was still using
http://www.eslrahc.com/10.0/ which I think is no longer maintained. I
had to change to the 10.1 So whenever I tried to update xfce4 with
urpmi it kept saying everything is already installed and I got the other
xfce files from another mirror but they didn't have the goodies for some
reason. So half of my rpms didn't match. Sorry for bothering anyone,
problem solved.
