Couple questions on sticky windows

Hey all,

Just switched to XFCE after using Enlightenment for probably 6 years, so
I am a little used to some of the enlightenment features.

I have a couple questions on how to do a few of those features:

1. Ignore sticky windows in window list and possibly taskbar - I use
dual-head and my right monitor has sticky windows I want showing all the
time, even when I switch workspaces.  I really liked in enlightenment
how I could configure the "window list" (for alt-tab) to not include
sticky or shaded windows.  How is this possible in XFCE?

2. Similar to #1 above, I would also like to exclude those sticky
windows from the taskbar as well, is that possible?

Thanks!  XFCE is really cool.  It's so much faster than enlightenment,
and it doesn't have the horrible focus bugs that still continue to
plague it (though, I used it for 6 years, so it must have been doing
something right :)  )
