No more Panel in root session

Whenever I have problem with Xfce I go to;

/root/.cache

There are two directories here, session and xfce.

In session I remove all files.

In xfce I go to Desktop and remove all files.  There
is another directory panel here.  Perhaps clearing
this will help you.
