keybinding in xfwm4 and windows keys

Note that the windows key is a *modifier* key.  You can't use it alone 
as a shortcut key.  You can only use it in combination with others, like 
you'd do with ctrl or alt.  So you can set "windows+F2", but you can't 
set "windows".
