weatherplugin + mailing list question question

Hi 4 everyone.	

Just realized how good is to see the weather state on my panel.
Got just one question about it:
is it possible to set the refresh rate of connecting to the weather server? (I
need it cause I'm lack of internet quota @ my workspace).

About this list:

is it possible to subscribe without getting the mails of this list? I'm a
member of this list from this address, but sometimes I'd like to write from
another...
