It used to be in  ~/.xfce4/xfrun_history, but I don't know where it
went :-/ ... I can't find it in ~/.config/xfce4, so I'll let someone
else answer this one...

Not that I know. People usually use their own scripts to do it (use
import from ImageMagick for example). Here's mine (you need Xdialog):
