Just to make sure everybody got the point here: apps.xfce.org should not 
host/develop applications (like xfce-goodies), but instead provide 
information about existing applications (maybe even interview 
developers), and the like. A bit like apps.kde.org.

And, one thing I forgot to mention: If you are interested, send a mail 
to sofar at lunar-linux.org, not to me. ;-)
