Xfce presence at FOSDEM

Hey all,

End of this month, 26 and 27 February, there is a big open source and 
free software conference in Brussels called FOSDEM. See 
http://www.fosdem.org .

Olivier is going to be one of the main speakers and we also have a 
so-called dev room on Sunday afternoon, where some of us will give talks 
about Xfce development and there's a chance for some good discusssions 
(or so we hope ;-).
