xfce4-terminal: set --disable-server in terminalrc

Thanks, Yves and my apologies: I forgot to say that I run Debian sid. I didn't 
know different distributions used different names for Terminal.

My original doubts stands then: how do I CLI option --disable-server in 
terminalrc, so that I don't have to use it at every invocation of Terminal ?
