I have to move each window so I can see all of them (They are quite small). Is there any way to do this automatically? I am using Xfce 4.2.3.2.

By default, xfwm4 aligns windows to reduce overlap. However, it will
respect any requests of programs to open their windows at a specific
position. So, if vncviewer is requesting positions for its windows
(likely), xfwm4 is simply accepting that. To override that, you can
use a program such as devilspie, though I don't think you'll have a
very good time of figuring out how to make sure they're not all at the
same position; devilspie has a matching mechanism which I'm pretty
sure would simply match all the vncviewer windows.
