Short answer: no
Xfce doesn't use it directly. Xfce uses gdk-pixbuf (from Gtk+) to
display icons. Librsvg installs a plugin for gdk-pixbuf. If you are
using a SVG icon theme, or the like, the problem will arise. In fact,
if you are using a SVG icon theme for Gtk+, then it is all Gtk+ apps
which are spewing the error, not just Xfce ones.
