Window title bar

Hi,

I installed XFCE 4.2.1.1 <http://4.2.1.1> on Fedora Core 3, where I am using 
KDE for Redhat rpms for KDE. I have 2 users one myself and one guest. When I 
login as me my xfce windows have no title bar, all windows start at topleft 
of the screen and you can't move them because there is no title bar. If I 
login as guest however, I can see normal windows.

Now I am sure this is because of some settings in some rc file, but which?

Can anyone please help me with this?
