Panel segmentation fault

The theme was, indeed, the problem.  I was using the
Nuvola theme and Nuvola icon theme.  I changed to the
Default theme with the Rodent icon theme.  And all is
working again.

I tried the Lush theme/icon theme with the same
results (seg fault).
